DIDN'T WORK OUT?! - NEED A TO RETURN? 

Skip the USPS lines! We now offer Self Serves returns! 

-on the main page of our website. - Click to the side bar menu & then account. - Type in the email used when purchasing the order. - A 6-digit one time use code will be emailed to you. - Once entered, from here you can see your orders.  Select the order your wanting to return. - (You can also see if a item is final sale - A return approval will be sent to us. - Once approved, you will be invoiced for the shipping label. When paid you can print off the label & skip the post office lines!

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no make-up or stains from trying the garment on, free from animal hair/scent or smoke smell. Items must be properly packed and wrapped for return and dropped off with USPS within 7 business days of delivery date. Rowdy Western Hippie is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on a return. All returns that meet criteria are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, we do not do exchanges. (Our system does not allow us to properly create an exchange order.)

Store Credit does not expire and can be used towards the purchase of any items from our website. We encourage customers to buy the correct size while it's available, rather than waiting for the store credit. We can not guarantee your desired size will be available once your return is received. (Original shipping cost is non refundable.)

Shoe returns: box/bags must be placed in a box or poly mailer for shipping as shoe box/bag is considered part of the product. If the shoe box is used for primary packaging and returned to us damaged a 10% fee will be deducted from your store credit on that item.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: -hats, ALL jewelry, holiday items, items marked on sale, BOGO items, grab bags, and any sort of kitchen/ home accessories sales are final. (Any orders that are returned that do not follow Rowdy Western Hippie's return guidelines will be mailed back at customers cost.)

 

Rowdy Western Hippie is not aware of what your countries Customs Charges are. This is something you should know if you are buying internationally. We are not responsible for the extra Customs Charges your country charges you to get items sent to you in your country. We are a USA Based company that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside of the USA.
