DIDN'T WORK OUT?! - No worries! 

Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags still attached, no signs of wear and tear, no make-up or stains from trying the garment on, free from animal hair/scent or smoke smell. Items must be properly packed and wrapped for return and dropped off with USPS within 7 business days of delivery date. Rowdy Western Hippie is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: - hats, ALL jewelry, holiday items, sale barn items, grab bags, and any sort of kitchen/ home accessories. 

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on a return. All returns that meet criteria are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY, we do not do exchanges. (Our system does not allow us to properly create an exchange order.)

Store Credit does not expire and can be used towards the purchase of any items from our website. We encourage customers to buy the correct size while it's available, rather than waiting for the store credit. We cannot guarantee your desired size will be available once your return is received. (Original shipping cost is nonrefundable.)

Shoe returns: box/bags must be placed in a box or poly mailer for shipping as shoe box/bag is considered part of the product. If the shoe box is used for primary packaging and returned to us damaged a 10% fee will be deducted from your store credit on that item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

No international orders are available for return. 

Rowdy Western Hippie is not aware of what your countries Customs Charges are. This is something you should know if you are buying internationally. We are not responsible for the extra Customs Charges your country charges you to get items sent to you in your country. We are a USA Based company that pays USPS shipping charges to ship outside of the USA. 

All orders will be shipped to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Packages returned can be reshipped at the expense or purchaser

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR ITEM(S)?

Please file a route shipping insurance claim. This option was selected at checkout, you were emailed instructions of how to file a claim at time of checkout.
