Shipping Policies

We strive to ship items daily, however orders on the weekend will be shipped the next business day. 

Choosing expedite shipping at checkout does not effect how fast orders leave our store, only for shipping time. 

Please allow 2-4 business days for your items to ship. This is subject to change during holidays. We do not ship orders on weekends. 

Tracking will be provided via email (that you provided at checkout)  Please allow 2 business days for your tracking number to become active on the USPS website.

Once your package has been dropped off at the post office, Rowdy Western Hippie is no longer responsible for your package. If your package is lost, stolen, etc - Please refer to your local post office for further directions. 

•We offer a third party shipping insurance at checkout called “Route” we highly recommend selecting Route at checkout. If anything happens to you order during shipping, Route covers. If you opt out of Route shipping insurance Rowdy Western Hippie LLC is not liable. 

• If your tracking shows "delivered" and you have not received your package, Rowdy Western Hippie LLC is NOT responsible. This issue must be resolved with the United States Postal Service or your local law enforcement.

PLEASE make sure your address is correct on your paypal/account/etc as that is the address we use to ship your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address. If an item is returned to us the buyer will be responsible to pay shipping cost again.
